Peter Davis
Executive Director
Peter brings over 35 years of Economic and Community Development experience to RCDA. The breadth and depth of Peter’s contributions to the City of Norwich can be seen in it’s growth and development, it’s downtown waterfront and the impact the two Native American Casino brought to the City. His experience includes administration of a City’s planning, zoning, environmental, building, enforcement and inspection policies & programs; as well as, staff management and budget preparation and administration.
In addition to his wide range of professional experience, Peter has an extensive local and regional history of community service. Locally, elected to the Waterford Board of Selectmen; appointed to the Waterford Board of Finance; and Chair of the Inland Wetlands Commission. Regionally, Peter served as a representative to the Long Island Sound Advisory Committee and a member of the Board of Directors for the Quinebaug-Shetucket Heritage Corridor.
Peter’s roots to our City go back three generations to his great-grandfather’s blacksmith shop in downtown New London.
Jenny C. Wronowski
Consultant
Jenny is currently the fiscal/project management consultant, with a strong background in engineering and project planning. She has been involved in the oversight, budgeting and management of the Ft. Trumbull Municipal Development Project (MDP) since the inception. Her responsibilities have included the State Pier MDP, the House New London project, New London County Down Payment Assistance program and the downtown and community outreach initiatives. Jenny previous served as project manager for the Mystic Aquarium/Institute for Exploration Renovation & Expansion Project, the Atlanta Olympic Games and coastal reconstruction projects with the US Army Corps of Engineers. Jenny holds a BS in Ocean Engineering.
